Jersey Shore: Unfortunately, MTV has a soaring hit with Shore and your kids are probably watching it. There’s a lot of alcohol and sexuality although the characters themselves can teach valuable lessons about human dynamics and what it’s like to have roommates.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager: Also on ABC Family, this show started with the basic premise of a pregnant teen. It’s now 4 seasons in and there’s been a lot of changes but think of it as today’s Seventh Heaven if you need a point of reference.
